After moving furniture (and removing some pieces altogether) all of our rooms appeared larger with shelves and counters cleared of clutter. She changed the layout of the furniture in some rooms, encouraging buyers to walk in and look out the windows to see our backyard. Our real estate agent commented that our house now looks like a model home.
